Lots of little seedlings are sprouting up!! Way more than I need! This plant (Eryngium foetidum) is a great addition to any garden…a hardy and flavoursome herb that tastes like coriander….but it’s really a super drought tolerant perennial from Mexico (that’s why some people call it MEXICAN CORIANDER) with strappy leaves that have sawtooth edges (that’s why some people call it SAWTOOTH CORIANDER)
