I have an excessive amount of sauerkraut that I’d love to swap. There are 2 flavours – Dilly Kraut and Apple + Radish Kraut. I’m interested in home grown produce, kefir grains (especially water), a kombucha scoby, homemade food, compost, manure, plants, jars etc. Just make an offer, I’m not too fussy 🙂
Ingredients: cabbage, dill, salt.
Apple + Radish Kraut
Ingredients: cabbage, apple, daikon radish, salt, pickling spices.
It is recommended that sauerkraut be stored in a refrigerator for up to 12 months, but it can be stored in a cupboard out of direct sunlight for up to 3 months. All jars are cleaned and sterilised before use.
