Hi All,

I have over 500kg of beautiful Pontiac Potatos “originally from the Macedon region” that have decided to sprout, therefore I can not use them for cooking purposes. I am hopefull to put them to good use very soon before they turn rotten.. new potato seed, livestock feed etc.

If anyone knows a few tricks about sprouting potatos or is interested in planting their next potato crop..give me a call!

Potatos are in 25kg sacks, they are covered in beautiful red dirt and have some impressive sprouting going on.. they are currently sitting in a dark/dry shed.
